Terms of Service

Assemblea provides software for church management (members, events, finance, records, communication). We grant the church a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of the subscription.

The church is responsible for its administrators’ accounts and for the lawful basis on which it processes its members’ data. The church must not upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe others’ rights.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. The church is the controller; the platform is the processor.

Paid plans are billed per the selected interval. Either party may terminate per the subscription terms; on termination the church may export its data and the platform will delete or anonymise it per the retention schedule.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
