Everything you need on a Sunday morning
Built for whoever is running the booth: learned in minutes, and it won’t freeze in the middle of the service.
Songs and import
A library searchable by title, author and lyrics, with chords and arrangements. Import songs from ProPresenter 4–6, OpenLP/OpenLyrics, OpenSong, ChordPro, CCLI SongSelect, CSV and more.
Bible in two languages
Search by reference (“Jn 3:16”) or by words (“love is patient”). Two translations side by side on one screen, with the reference under every slide.
Slides, PDFs and video
Build slides with text, images, shapes, QR codes and clocks, or import a PDF (also from PowerPoint or Keynote). Images, videos and audio in the same running order.
Screens, NDI® and livestream
Each output can go to a screen, a window, an NDI® source or an OBS/vMix browser source, with a transparent background for lower thirds.
Stage display
Singers and preachers see the current and next slide, notes, clock and timers, plus messages from the booth that the congregation never sees.
Phone remote
Next, previous, black and verses on the fly from your phone’s browser, paired with a PIN. No app to install.
Timers and messages
Countdown before the service, a sermon timer and messages over the slides, such as “Youth meeting starts at 6 pm”.
Themes and fonts
11 ready-made themes and an editor for your own. 15 fonts ship with the app: they work offline and look the same on every output.
Reliable when you’re live
Works without internet, backs up every hour and never downloads updates while you’re on air. Recovers on its own if a screen is unplugged.
Readable lyrics, in your church’s style
Pick a theme and every song and verse takes the same look. Text fits the screen on its own, without breaking lines.
- 11 ready-made themes, from classic to “Midnight Glow”
- 15 fonts included, offline too
- Backgrounds, shadows, alignment and a second-language line

One screen, three, or the livestream: one running order
Add as many outputs as you need and choose what each one shows. The room sees the lyrics, the stage sees the notes, the stream gets lower thirds.
- Screens, windows, NDI® sources and OBS/vMix browser sources
- Transparent background for lower thirds, no chroma key
- Layers per output: background, media, text, props, messages

Plan the service once, in Assemblea
Assemblea is the church management software Presenter belongs to: members, services, volunteers, giving. Connect Presenter and songs and service plans arrive in the booth on their own.
- One song library: fix a line and it updates on every computer
- “Open in Presenter” on the service page brings the plan to the booth
- See the connected computers and disconnect one in a click

Frequently asked questions
Is Assemblea Presenter really free?
Yes. Download and use it for free, with no limits on songs, screens or time and no watermarks. You don’t even need an account.
Do I need an Assemblea account?
No. Presenter works on its own with a library on your computer. An account is only needed to sync songs and service plans with Assemblea.
Which computers does it run on?
macOS 12 or later (Intel and Apple silicon), Windows 10 and 11 (x64 and ARM) and Linux (AppImage).
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Songs, Bibles, themes and fonts are stored on the computer. Internet is only needed for updates and, if you use Assemblea, to sync.
Can I bring my songs from ProPresenter, EasyWorship or OpenLP?
Yes for ProPresenter 4–6, OpenLP (OpenLyrics and .osz files), OpenSong, ChordPro, CCLI SongSelect, SongBeamer, VideoPsalm, CSV and plain text. ProPresenter 7 and EasyWorship libraries are closed databases: export the lyrics first.
Can I send lyrics to the livestream?
Yes: as an NDI® source or as a browser source in OBS and vMix, with a transparent background for lower thirds. NDI needs NDI Tools on Windows and Linux and, on a Mac, Apple silicon.
Can I project the Bible in two languages?
Yes. Pick a main translation and a second one: verses are shown side by side on the same slide, with the reference in both languages.
How many screens can I use?
As many as the computer drives, plus windows, NDI sources and browser sources. Each output shows the layers you choose: lyrics for the room, notes and timers for the stage.
Which languages is the interface in?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal). It follows the system language and can be changed in Settings.
It’s in beta: is it safe for Sunday?
Yes, churches already use it in services. Beta means it ships new features often: updates arrive on their own and are never downloaded while you’re on air.
