Can church members vote online?
Yes. Every eligible voter gets a personal link or QR code. In secret ballots the choices are stored without any link to the voter, while the count updates live.
How is the quorum calculated?
You choose it for each meeting: none, 50%, two-thirds, three-quarters or a custom percentage. The live indicator updates as you mark members present.
Are the minutes generated automatically?
Yes. When you close the meeting you get print-ready A4 minutes with attendance, quorum, each resolution with its result and counts, notes and signature lines.
